Do you offer short term leases?
Yes. We offer 10 and 12 month leases, but there are a limited number of 10 month leases that are available. Those are rented on a first come, first serve basis.
Is parking included in the lease/rent?
Parking is not included in your lease/rent. We offer a gated and secure parking garage behind our building and parking is rented on a first come, first serve basis. Our parking prices vary with security gated and non-security gated parking options, and it also depends on the length of your lease. Please call our office for more information.
Do you accept pets?
We do not accept any pets. No exceptions.
Are all utilities included?
Yes. We pay for water, electric, gas, standard cable and wireless internet. There are no hidden fees. Your only additional cost would be parking (if needed).
