Due to students graduating or choosing to stay home for Spring semester, below is a list of apartments that will be coming available. They will be considered lease takeovers or sublets, it is up to the current resident what he/she would like to do.
Rent prices will include ALL utilities, basic cable, and Wifi (please call 614-294-5381 for more information). Studios also come fully furnished. Most have private bathrooms inside the apartment.
- 221 – Small V3, 200 sq ft
*Anything listed as “Shared Bath” does not have a private bathroom and is in a wing of the building with 2 gender neutral shared baths and one women’s shared bath. Shared baths have key access only. These Shared Bathrooms are cleaned daily by our staff, Monday – Friday.
Apartments have a lease end date of May 31st, 2021 or August 2nd, 2021. End date depends on each lease. Lease may be extended to the later date of August 2, 2021, but are not able to be cut short in any way, unless a sublet agreement is decided upon with the original Lessee.
